KravFit Workout of the Week - April 14 - 19

Ode to Waddy Piper

Record total number of reps for each round. Score is total for all three rounds.

3 Minutes Each:

Double Unders
Jumping Pull-Ups
Push-Ups
Back Squat (45/75)

Followed by 2 minutes each and then 1 minute each.  Allow 15 seconds between each exercise to transition.
