12 Rounds for Time 1 x SPUD 2 x Push Press 3 x Box Jump 4 x Double Unders 5 x Ball Thrusters 6 x Dumbbell Swings 7 x Knees to Elbows (KTE) 8 x Bag Kicks 9 x Back Extension 10 x Jumping Pull-Up 11 x Vertical Jumps 12 x Walking Lunches Rounds should be completed in the following manner: - Round 1 - 1 x SPUD - Round 2 - 2 x Push Press, 1 x SPUD - Round 3 - 3 x Box Jump, 2 x Push Press, 1 x SPUD - Etc.
