Columbia Spring schedule, effective April 6th, now available!

Columbia's Spring class schedule, effective April 6, is now available!  Please note a few classes have changed times, or have been discontinued, whereas many other exciting new classes have been added or duplicated on other days.  Click here to access the new schedule.  Below is an overview of changes to the schedule, for your convenience:

 - We now have Level 2 Krav Maga classes during the day, on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:30am.

 - Another round of Basic Fight class will be starting on Wednesday, April 8th, taught by fight instructor Rahsaan Kimbrow!  Rahsaan has a wealth of interdisciplinary fight experience to share with students Level 2 and above, focusing on stand-up fighting skills.  Full sparring gear (headgear, mouthpiece, handwraps, 16 oz gloves, shin guards, groin protection for men) is required each class.  Note: Students no longer need to pre-register for this class.  We will be teaching a rotational curriculum in similar fashion to normal Krav Maga classes.

 - All Krav Maga Level 1 or Krav Maga All Levels classes during the daytime will begin at 11:30am, Monday through Thursday.

 - On Thursdays at 7:30pm, we are adding a Thai Pad Rounds fitness class.  This is similar to a Heavy Bag class, except participants will work in partners with thai pads and focus mitts for a more dynamic and interactive cardio workout.  16 oz boxing gloves are required for this class.

 - A new KravFit class has been added to the schedule on Wednesdays at 5:30pm, and will be co-taught by Connie Morealle and Rahsaan Kimbrow. 

 - An KravFit Intro class will be held at 11:30am on the first Saturday of every month.  A single session of this intro will be required for newcomers to KravFit classes.

 - A Max Effort class has been added on Tuesdays at 5:30pm.  Although this class is currently full, we will be offering this again once the current 6-week cycle has been completed.  There is a $90 additional charge for this class, as it is limited to 6 participants for safe and effective training.  Check your e-mail or ask your instructor about the opportunity to take this class in the future!
