Get stronger this summer with Owings Mills Fitness Instructor Rahsaan Kimbrow!

Ever considered learning how to do proper strength training but unsure about where to start?  Are you a veteran of the weight room and looking for some coaching to take your lifting to the next level?  We've got the class for you!

Come join Rahsaan Kimbrow at Krav Maga Maryland - Owings Mills for Strength Camp!  To view Rahsaan's instructor bio, click here.  This small group training program will begin Tuesday, July 14th and run through Saturday, September 5th, with a rest week during the week of August 3rd.  This program is open to the public - you do not need to be a member of Krav Maga Maryland to participate!

The class times will be Tuesdays at 11:30am-1:00pm, Thursdays from 6:00pm-7:30pm, and Saturdays from 10:30am - 12:00pm.  Participants must attend two sessions per week to advance through the program.  Classes will focus on the "big 3" barbell lifts (squats, bench press, and deadlift) as well as dumbbell, kettlebell, and bodyweight exercises to constantly mix up the challenge.  The class will be limited to a maximum of 12 participants, but will be open to non-Krav Maga Maryland students.

Cost: Early Bird Pricing (before Friday, June 19th) is $147 for Krav Maga Maryland students, $210 for non-students.  After June 19th, pricing is $176 for students, $252 for non-students.
