Fight Your Way Into Shape


At Krav Maga Maryland we offer a variety of different fitness classes to complement your training.  Each location offer a mix of high-intensity classes which focus on areas such as core strength, cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, and more!  Some of the classes offered include:

Heavy Bag
Krav Maga techniques put to a heavy bag in an intense workout that's guaranteed to get you in shape.  Work punches, kicks, elbows, knees, hammerfists, and a variety of cardiovascular and strength exercises for a truly dynamic fitness experience.  16-ounce or comparable boxing-style gloves are required for this class. 

KravFit
KravFit takes the concept of being "fighting fit" to a whole new level!  Based on a workout of the day (WOD), students will be given a new workout each day that is designed to exhaust every energy pathway.  Some days the workout must be completed as quickly as possible while on others the workout must be repeated as many times as possible in a given time frame.  These full-body, all-energy workouts will leaving you tired, exhausted, and in better shape than you ever thought possible! 


Max Effort

This semi-private training class is designed to prepare you for the ultimate strength-training experience.  Utilizing classic Olympic-style power lifts to increase explosiveness while having close technique coaching to maximize your lifts and prevent injury, this class proves to be challenging for any athlete.  Class size is limited to 6 participants, so check at the front desk for availability.  Currently this class is offered at the Columbia facility only.
