New Instructors Come to Krav Maga Maryland
From February 16th through the 22nd, Krav Maga Maryland hosted a Phase A instructor course at the Columbia training center.  This course is the first level of certification that new instructors must pass in order to teach Krav Maga.
 
Fight Your Way Into Shape


At Krav Maga Maryland we offer a variety of different fitness classes to complement your training.  Each location offer a mix of high-intensity classes which focus on areas such as core strength, cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, and more!  Some of the classes offered include:

Heavy Bag
Krav Maga techniques put to a heavy bag in an intense workout that's guaranteed to get you in shape.

Krav Kore
A workout focusing on the abs, lower back, and hips to help you build core strength and stability.

ABC'S *NEW*
Being quick, agile, and strong are the hallmarks of a good athlete.  The ABC'S will guide you through the standard athletic abilities of agility, balance, core, and stretching so that anyone can become an athlete. 

KravFit *NEW*
KravFit takes the concept of being "fighting fit" to a whole new level!  Based on a workout of the day (WOD), students will be given a new workout each day that is designed to exhaust every energy pathway.  Some days the workout must be completed as quickly as possible while on others the workout must be repeated as many times as possible in a given timeframe.  These full-body, all-energy workouts will leaving you tired, exhausted, and in better shape than you ever thought possible! 

As an added bonus, Krav Maga Maryland will post the WOD at www.kravmd.com each week so that students can utilize the workouts at home.
