“At 37, your metabolism changes and I wanted to get involved in some kind of physical fitness. Krav Maga has been a dream come true! It is a great workout that is different an engaging every day. Not only have I become more fit, I have also learned valuable self-defense skills. I can’t say enough great things about the folks at Krav Maga Maryland. They are professional and take a genuine interest in each student.”

“What I do know is that there was no question in my mind that I could get to the gunman and gain control of his weapon before he could shoot me. I only knew this because we have practiced this technique over and over with our Krav Maga Maryland instructor. The training we receive in our twice-weekly sessions may have saved somebody’s life that night and is invaluable to any person in our line of work.”
