The Legacy Collection

THE USA FOUNDERS’ WATCH OF KRAV MAGA

(COLLECTOR EDITION - FAQ)

  • This project represents the direct lineage of Krav Maga—from Imi Lichtenfeld to Darren Levine to today’s practitioners. Darren was the individual chosen and mentored by Imi to bring Krav Maga to the United States, ensuring its authenticity and survival. Continuing this legacy honors that responsibility.

  • This phrase is the core philosophy of Krav Maga, not violence, but awareness and preparedness. The watch symbolizes the responsibility of every practitioner to carry forward a system designed so people can live safely and confidently in the world.

  • Without Darren Levine, authentic Krav Maga would not exist in the United States. He was personally trained by Imi in 1981 and entrusted to preserve and expand the system while maintaining its integrity.

  • This is not a tribute created after the fact. Darren personally selected the design, specifications, and purpose of the watch before his passing. His direct involvement makes this a true extension of his vision—not an interpretation of it.

  • Darren approved the final design on December 8, 2025, expressing excitement for the project—just weeks before his unexpected passing. What was intended as a celebration became a legacy.

  • The knife represents Darren’s final addition to the project, something he personally wanted. It reflects his real-world mindset, his daily carry habits, and his belief in practical tools for personal protection.

  •  Survival

     Simplicity

     Efficiency

     Readiness

These are the same principles that define Krav Maga itself. It is meant to be worn, not just displayed, by those who live the system.

  • Krav Maga in the U.S. exists because Darren built the structure, organizations, and standards to preserve it. Continuing his legacy ensures the system does not fragment or lose its real-world effectiveness.

  • A portion of proceeds supports the Marni Levine and Lynn Kaufman Cancer Fund, connecting Darren’s professional legacy with his personal life and honoring his family’s long-standing commitment to fighting cancer.

    • Only 25 watches exist with the best Swiss automatic, mechanical movement (Hand-crafted and customized by the HW Watch Company and appraised for $5,500)

    • Personally designed and approved by Darren with insistence on reliability, best of breed design and functionality, patriotic, an everyday watch, and most importantly a warriors ethos to ensure people can walk in PEACE.

    • Includes Darren’s final creative contribution (the knife)

    • Represents the complete lineage of Krav Maga in America

This is not just a collector’s item—it is a historical artifact of a legacy that must continue.
